Policies:
You can expect your order in approximately 8-14 business days. On some items we partner with printing partners to help us manufacture our products – so we can keep designing! Items are produced in 3-5 business days and standard shipping takes 5-8 business days. International shipping times vary. Once an order is placed and sent to production it cannot be edited or canceled. We have a one hour cancellation policy.

Final Sale Return Policy:
Unfortunately due to the made to order custom name of the items no returns are accepted. If you are not satisfied with your please each out via convo within 7 days of receiving your item.

Received wrong item or damaged item: We work with printing partners who print for multiple small shops. Occasionally a wrong item has been included in a package that is from another shop or an item arrives broken/defective. Should you receive the wrong item please reach out via convo right away with a picture of the item you received. We will replace it right away.

Shipping:
Items are produced in 3-5 business days and shipping takes 5-8 business days. Shipping to Canada can take 10-15 business days. International shipping can take 10 - 30 business days – on occasion up to 8 weeks.

Unfortunately, sometimes the postal systems do not arrive in the estimated time it projects. We are unable to control the speed of the post. Please reach out to us if there is any problem with the shipping. If an item comes back as undeliverable it can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.

Lost package: Please reach out to us within 7 days of estimated arrival time if a package has not arrived. Inquiries for lost packages made after 30 days of purchase will not be refunded or replaced. Lost international packages will not be replaced.

International Orders: Duties, Customs, Taxes, VAT, and Fee charges for international packages are not included in the cost of shipping and will be charged to the buyer in the country of destination.
